This Is Not a Court or Government Office. Hinds County Court Docket is a private reference resource. It cannot obtain docket sheets, change a setting, seal a record, issue a certified copy, or provide legal advice. Those actions must be handled by the responsible court or clerk.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use the court named on the notice, caption, citation, or case number to select the correct Hinds County records channel:
- A Circuit or County Court docket sheet: use Docket Search through MEC/PAMEC for eligible electronic cases, or contact the Hinds County Circuit Clerk.
- A court date or setting: review the Court Schedule, then confirm a current date with the court administrator or clerk that controls the calendar.
- A certified copy: request it from the clerk who maintains the originating court file, not from a remote docket display.
- A specific Hinds case: use the case number, court, judicial district, and parties with the appropriate MEC, clerk, Justice Court, or city channel.
- A case file or court record: use Court Case Records to identify the custodian, then contact that court's clerk for the original document.

A city traffic, ordinance, or municipal misdemeanor matter belongs with the city court that issued it, not with the county Circuit Clerk.
